Pennsylvania Cultural Resources Project PATH has important documents for Section 106. Also, note that a large percentage of bridges including many bridges on rural roads are owned by PennDOT. Pennsylvania is organized into a number of PennDOT districts, and each district tends to have a more autonomy and responsibility than similar districts in other states.
